D&M Coffee / Marketing, Web Tech & Admin Support

Job Summary

The Marketing Web Technologist and Office Support position will work directly with the president and HQ office to develop and execute marketing plans which reflect the community they operate in. The Marketing Web Technologist and Office Support is responsible for marketing, graphic design needs, online management, and basic office admin responsibilities. This position requires a  creative mind, experience in developing and expanding a company’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources, and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • content management / co-managing social media, web presence, and e-commerce platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention
  • drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company
  • manage website, eCommerce, and maintain the Point of Sale system with Retail Manager
  • knowledge of IT systems, offer technical support and troubleshoot computer problems update applications and systems
  • supportive team member to HQ, excellent customer service, problem-solving, and phone etiquette

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years relevant design and marketing experience (print and digital, please include a link to portfolio)
  • a collaborative, cross-functional approach
  • technical skills include: advanced understanding of digital applications,  computer literate, Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and web design (WordPress)
  • eCommerce and website management experience
  • good oral and written communication abilities
  • independent, but also communicates with and receives direction from cross-functional teams
  • works quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • adapts to a rapidly changing/evolving tech environment
  • ability to properly prepare files for print, video, and digital media
  • bonus qualifications: event management experience

Physical Requirements

  • ability to sit continuously at a computer, work is performed in an office setting
  • travel – minimal travel between location up to 25%
  • talk/hear – frequently communicates with customers
  • carry weight, lift – lift up to 5 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

Compensation: $17 – $21 DOE
