When can I pick up my order for 'Local Pickup'?

Orders made on (by 5PM):

  • Friday -> Sunday will be available for pick up at 11AM Tuesdays
  • Monday -> Thursday will be available next business day by 2PM

Pick up orders will be at our Drive Thru location on 204 S Water (across the street from Fred Meyers).

Can I change my order after its made?

We start working on your order and roasting fresh beans as soon as the order has been processed. If you need to change or cancel an order please call us as soon as possible to see if we can help.  We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to orders made online, but we can try to help you as best as we can.

How do I track my package?

Once your package has shipped your account will reflect a tracking number if tracking is possible. * First Class mail will not include a tracking number.

How do I redeem a coupon or discount code?

During the checkout process, there will be a chance to enter a coupon code and apply it to the cart. Click the shopping cart in the upper right hand of your window, the coupon code area is under the cart items.

Can I use my D&M Coffee gift card that I purchased at a store?

Unfortunately not at this time.

Can I ship outside of the United States?

We currently do not offer international shipping from our website. Coffee is one of those items that can have restrictions while shipping from the United States.

Save your order history and checkout information by creating an account. Click SHOP HOME -> My Account and follow the directions to set up an account.
